Self-Esteem

Self-Esteem is a fundamental right that we acquire at birth. It stands at the foundation of our living and relating with ourselves and others without being conditioned by them.

Self-Esteem means to accept ourselves for who we are and to be tolerant towards others. It is essential, not only for our personal success, but because by loving ourselves more we can expand in a great loving act towards the world.

Lack of Self-Esteem brings to inner uneasiness, drugs, alcoholism, depression, to push away all the good things that we want to attract in our life.

The Self-Esteem that I teach is inspired to the Self-Esteem International Project created and developed by Bob Mandel and is an expression of the best of human spirit.

Its mission is to contribute to raise the Self-Esteem of every man, woman and child on the planet.

The Project is a philosophy, an approach to life, and a program to reawaken the awareness of what it means to be human.

Real Self-Esteem is holistic and not egotistical. It is when we develop a healthy sense of self, believing in ourselves and honoring the rights of others, that our soul grows. When we share our light, not when we hide it.

We don't live on an island but in close contact with other people, therefore true Self-Esteem is not addressed to ourselves only, but also to the rest of humanity.

Through a cycle of individual sessions or seminars dedicated to Self-Esteem you will be able to understand:

  • What is Self-Esteem and what is the difference between Self-Esteem and "self-respect" or "having a high opinion of oneself".
  • Why some people seem to possess a big quantity of it and others don't.
  • What we can do to eliminate our feelings of ineffectiveness, unworthiness, of not being able to make it.
  • That we all want more Self-Esteem, because we know that it is the foundation of our success and of a life full of satisfaction, that without it we feel lost in a world that often we can't foresee, and that Self-Esteem is an anchor that keeps us steady in a stormy sea.
  • That, especially in times of rapid changes and threat to the stability of the planet like these, coming back to the foundations of our Self-Esteem represents a path towards a safe place of peace and inner tranquility.

Who are we not to deserve all this?
